Cancellation Policy

However, to ensure fairness to all our clients and help us manage our schedule effectively, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy outlined below: 1. Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More in Advance: • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled without any penalty. 2. Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Scheduled Service: • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the total service price. 3. No-Show: • Failure to show up for the scheduled service without prior notice will result in the full amount being charged for the missed appointment. 4. Rescheduling: • You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice without any extra charge. 5.
